Threw my one touchdown p#@*%! to Rufus "Roadrunner" Ferguson on July 24,1974 against the Chicago Fire. I threw the "action" point to him also. I finished my career with a league best 12 for 21 and 97 yards. 57%. I only played against the Philadelphia Bell and the Chicago Fire. Pete Beathard replaced me. I watched Pete Beathard play for the USC Trojans in the 1963 Rose Bowl. My father was the Wisconsin backfield coach. My backfield coach for the Portland Storm was Craig Fertig, Pete Beathard's USC college roommate.
